Leadership must evolve from surveillance toward service, understanding that commitment is not demanded\u2014it is cultivated.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Companies must remember that external communication is only the echo of internal communication. If we want to be a successful company on the outside, we must start by being a human company on the inside.
