The well-known publication of the human resources sector “Equipos y Talento” includes in its February 2020 issue an interview with Almudena Herrera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Llevan ya varios a\u00f1os de trayectoria en el mercado. \u00bfQu\u00e9 destacar\u00eda de estos a\u00f1os?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nos\r\nconstituimos en el a\u00f1o 2000, acabamos de cumplir nuestros primeros\r\n20 a\u00f1os. Lo que m\u00e1s llama la atenci\u00f3n es lo mucho que ha cambiado\r\nel mercado. No tiene nada que ver c\u00f3mo empezamos a trabajar en el\r\n\u00e1mbito de los RRHH a c\u00f3mo se trabaja en estos momentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1l\r\nconsidera que es su papel en el sector de los Recursos Humanos? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nos\r\nhemos querido especializar, ser una empresa \u201cboutique\u201d<\/em> es\r\ndecir, queremos ofrecer un servicio excelente a nuestros clientes y\r\ncreo que lo hemos conseguido. Buscamos calidad en todo lo que\r\nhacemos, tanto a nivel del cliente como a nivel del empleado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tenemos\r\ndos empresas: por un lado, una Empresa de Trabajo Temporal (ETT) muy\r\nespecializada, porque era la \u00fanica forma de competir y dar un\r\nservicio de nivel a nuestros clientes y, por otro lado, una Empresa\r\nde Servicios en la cual hacemos Selecci\u00f3n y ofrecemos, para ciertas\r\nempresas, proyectos personalizados en la gesti\u00f3n de recursos\r\nhumanos. \r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hace\r\nya m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os que empezamos a trabajar con empresas\r\ninternacionales que buscan partners <\/em>para desarrollar su\r\nnegocio en Espa\u00f1a. Trabajar con este tipo de empresas, en su mayor\u00eda\r\ntecnol\u00f3gicas, nos ha permitido ver por d\u00f3nde iba la tendencia de\r\nmercado y as\u00ed adelantarnos al mercado espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En\r\n2018 recibieron la certificaci\u00f3n de calidad SGS ISO 9001 y ha sido\r\nrenovada en diciembre de 2019. \u00bfQu\u00e9 les llev\u00f3 a comenzar este\r\nproceso? \u00bfqu\u00e9 objetivo buscaban?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Decidimos\r\ncertificarnos con SGS, una multinacional suiza de mucho prestigio a\r\nnivel internacional y ha resultado ser una de las mejores decisiones\r\nque hemos tomado en estos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. Nos ha ayudado a crear y\r\ndocumentar procedimientos, a revisarlos y alinearnos de manera que\r\ncada departamento sepa qu\u00e9 es lo que se pide y por supuesto, mejorar\r\nd\u00eda a d\u00eda. A pesar de que New Tandem es una empresa consolidada,\r\ncon ya 20 a\u00f1os de trayectoria, nos ha permitido ver d\u00f3nde estamos y\r\nqu\u00e9 queremos seguir haciendo. \r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo\r\nha sido el proceso para obtenerla? \u00bfQu\u00e9 pasos han tenido que\r\nseguir?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

El\r\nprimer paso fue analizar los procedimientos de nuestra empresa para\r\nseguir implement\u00e1ndolos y mejorarlos y, a partir de ah\u00ed, analizar\r\nlos riesgos y oportunidades de cara al futuro. Uno de los cambios ha\r\nsido mejorar nuestra herramienta de selecci\u00f3n ya que es la base de\r\nnuestro negocio. Apostamos por BIZNEO, <\/em>un software m\u00e1s \u00e1gil\r\ny din\u00e1mico que el que utiliz\u00e1bamos anteriormente. Nos estamos\r\nplanteando de cara al futuro, certificarnos en Medio Ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9\r\nha implicado esto para las personas que trabajan en New Tandem?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

De\r\nentrada, supuso una importante carga de trabajo adicional. Pero una\r\nvez implementado estamos todos satisfechos con lo que se ha\r\nconseguido. Las nuevas incorporaciones podr\u00e1n ver todo documentado\r\ncon sus manuales, y al estar mejor definido todo, hemos mejorado en\r\neficiencia y productividad. Aunque no se debe bajar la guardia para\r\nevitar rehacer lo andado. \r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9\r\nventajas creen que aporta a una empresa tener esta ISO?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Credibilidad,\r\nexcelencia, visibilidad y calidad, ya que es un sello de calidad.\r\nHemos trabajado con muy buenos clientes y aunque nunca nadie nos lo\r\nha pedido, siempre aporta un valor a\u00f1adido, hay mucha competencia y\r\ntodo ayuda. \r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo\r\nha cambiado la empresa en estos 20 a\u00f1os?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En\r\nNew Tandem somos dos socias fundadoras que empezamos con much\u00edsima\r\nilusi\u00f3n y que continuamos trabajando a d\u00eda de hoy. Hemos cambiado\r\nmucho, no s\u00f3lo en cuanto a la experiencia que hemos ido adquiriendo,\r\ntambi\u00e9n hemos tenido que adaptarnos a los cambios en el mercado.\r\nEmpezamos a trabajar con las p\u00e1ginas color salm\u00f3n <\/em>del\r\nperi\u00f3dico. Algo impensable en el mundo actual. Lleg\u00f3 Infojobs <\/em>y\r\nrevolucion\u00f3 el mercado. De hecho, sigue siendo una de las\r\nprincipales herramientas sin la cu\u00e1l ser\u00eda inviable trabajar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El\r\nmundo de los Recursos Humanos ha cambiado m\u00e1s en estos \u00faltimos 5\r\na\u00f1os, que en los 20 a\u00f1os anteriores. Un estudio del Foro Econ\u00f3mico\r\nMundial, estima que el 65% de los ni\u00f1os que se incorporan a la\r\nescuela primaria este a\u00f1o, terminar\u00e1n trabajando en trabajos que no\r\nexisten a d\u00eda de hoy, y en muchos pa\u00edses, los trabajos de mayor\r\ndemanda no exist\u00edan hace tan s\u00f3lo 10 a\u00f1os. Eso implica que, de\r\nmanera continua, debemos estar actualiz\u00e1ndonos y aprendiendo sobre\r\nestos nuevos perfiles con el fin de dar respuesta a las nuevas\r\nnecesidades de nuestros clientes. Creo que esto es lo bonito de\r\nnuestro trabajo. Los recursos humanos se definen muy bien con la\r\nfrase de \u201csolo s\u00e9 que no s\u00e9 nada\u201d, siempre vas aprendiendo y es\r\nlo que te hace seguir teniendo ilusi\u00f3n por tu trabajo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
