Due to the current situation, this event was celebrated <strong>in a virtual way<\/strong> for the second time. New Tandem had the privilege to be one of the forty participating companies in the fair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New Tandem&#8217;s participation in the job fair<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Specifically, we were one of the 18 companies that had a <strong>virtual stand<\/strong> on May 26. Dozens of people &#8216;came&#8217; to visit us there along the day; whether it was to <strong>get information about who we are<\/strong> or to learn more <strong>details about o<\/strong>ur<strong> current job offers<\/strong>. This <strong>initiative by Cruz Roja<\/strong> allowed <strong>more than 600 people<\/strong> to get in touch with companies that are hiring right now or that are able to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruzroja.es\/principal\/web\/empleo\/reto-social-empresarial\">somehow help<\/a> with their <strong>employability<\/strong>. Not only for people related to Plan de Empleo de Cruz Roja; this year, also for other unemployed men and women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the case of New Tandem, we have learnt <strong>we were one of the most visited stands<\/strong> during the day (more than 2,000 in total). We thank all the participants that showed interest for our company and we have, since that moment, their profiles in our database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An exceptional work from Cruz Roja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are very happy with our participation in the job fair, in what was our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newtandem.com\/en\/ie-virtual-talent-forum\/\">second virtual experience<\/a> of this kind. <strong>New Tandem wishes to thank Cruz Roja<\/strong> for relying on us and making available for us such an intuitive, well-designed program and a <strong>clear organization<\/strong>. They gave us the chance of communicating both in an oral and a written way with the participants and we have received dozens of resum\u00e9s through our participation in the job fair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We want to also <strong>recognize the amazing work carried out by the people in Plan de Empleo de Cruz Roja<\/strong>. Since <strong>2001<\/strong>, <strong>more than 125,000 people have got a job<\/strong> thanks to their effort.
