The holiday season always brings a touch of magic, and this year was no exception at New Tandem. On December 12th, in our Madrid offices, we hosted a small Christmas cocktail that brought together a group of colleagues, clients, and partners. The event aimed to strengthen our relationships in a relaxed and festive atmosphere.

Event Kickoff: Unwinding and Welcome

The event kicked off around 2:30 PM, a time when we employees set aside our tasks and could unwind from our workload right in the office, just as the guests began arriving for the party.

After the welcome greetings, all the attendees gathered in the lower area, where we began getting to know each other and catching up on this wonderful year we’ve had at our company. The atmosphere filled with laughter and lively conversations as we shared anecdotes from both our professional and personal lives.

Spanish Flavors and Team Celebration

Once it got underway, Spanish canapés and thinly sliced jamón, prepared with the on-site jamón slicer, began to be served so we could savor one of Spain’s premier gastronomic delights. Meanwhile, the guests’ glasses started to clink as they toasted to yet another year of joining us on this journey.
