Talent Day, organized by Equipos y Talento magazine, is one of the most significant events in the Human Resources sector, serving as a meeting point where talent directors and HR managers from Spain’s leading companies come together.

It is a key platform for sharing vision, analyzing sector evolution, identifying upcoming changes, and debating how to successfully address them.

With 25 years of experience, we consider it essential that New Tandem is present in the spaces where the future of Human Resources is defined, actively participating in one of the sector’s most important events of the year.

How was #TalentDay26?

More than 1,300 HR professionals attended the event, gathering to debate the major challenges faced by departments responsible for managing and caring for people within organizations.

At this key industry event, we were able to feature more than 70 speakers from leading companies, who shared their insights on how to address the challenges that will shape the future: talent management, artificial intelligence application, and business transformation.

The event marked a turning point, aimed at shifting from “reaction” to “anticipation”, featuring three parallel conference tracks that fostered the exchange of ideas and perspectives among sector professionals.

Based on our experience, these topics are highly prevalent in our daily operations. An increasing number of candidates are valuing flexibility as a key factor, as it enables them to achieve better work-life balance and effectively reduce stress, without negatively impacting their job performance. In fact, in many cases, this flexibility contributes to improving both their wellbeing and productivity.

Networking: The Value of Sharing Experiences

Beyond what we learned in the main conference presentations, a significant part of the value of this gathering resided in the direct exchange with other colleagues from the sector.

During the event, a particularly relevant finding emerged: 83% of the participating organizations acknowledge that the work environment is, nowadays, the true engine of success.

After 25 years of supporting companies and professionals, this data does not surprise us, but it does serve as a compelling reminder of a key reality: corporate culture is not a peripheral element, but a differentiating factor that determines competitiveness and long-term sustainability of any business venture.

Artificial Intelligence and digitalization were the main highlights of the event. However, the conclusions made clear that technology is solely a means, never an end in itself.

The true challenge for the coming months will be integrating these tools into our processes effectively, without losing sight of the closeness, transparency, and personalized treatment that have always characterized New Tandem.
